Super very first
-
The Vivaldi team is diligent even on Sundays, but treat yourselves also to joy and relaxation on Sunday
-
I can still not share websites with my desktop (is the case since two snapshots). I am asked to "Turn on sync to share across devices", even though I am logged in and sync is active for "Typed History and Remote Sessions".
I can also receive websites on my device, but not send them. Have already deleted the cache and the local data of Snapshot.

@jumpsq
Hi, this was reported a few days ago.
If it is not mentioned in the change log it is not fixed at this point.
Open tabs are shared in the cloud (Icon, top right), as workaround.Cheers, mib

@stardepp: I think i must be temporally distorted atm. I had thought also that today was Sunday. Methinks i'll go back to bed then get up again; maybe it'll be Tuesday or something then.
-
@mib2berlin Oh that is super neat, thanks you!
-
@mib2berlin: I also replied in the last snapshot that it was supposed to be fixed... Well it worked when I tested it then, but stopped again after that... (Back to sync error message in mobile "cloud" tabs).
I can see my desktop sessions in there again after this update, so we'll see if it's permanent this time.

Nope... I got the sync error and had to close and reopen from the menu again.

If I want to send a tab to other synced Vivaldi instances via
Menu > Share (scroll to bottom of share dialog)
I am told to set up sync first, although it is already configured. Is this a known issue? Are there alternate ways to send a tab from mobile to desktop? -
@SteveKong
Hi and yes, it is a known issue and reported already.
