REQUEST: Drag tab to open new window
-
I have three monitors in my setup and while using Chromium I was able to drag a tab from the tab list out of the browser window to create a new window. I could also drag tabs between open windows. Neither of these things are possible in Vivaldi. Another thing I'd like to see is the tabs staying the same size when closing compressed tabs. What I mean by this is that if you open too many tabs they compress, and when you want to close multiple tabs the X should stay below your cursor so you can close them all fast.

Great! Looking forward to what Vivaldi will become in the future

Dragging a tab out to become a (litterally) chromeless window is usefull anyway, for all sorts of reasons.
I was annoyed even back when old Opera dropped it.Sometimes having a tab just for, say, chat, or a video, and sticking it anywhere you like on any desktop without the rest of the browser clutter is incredibly useful. (doubly so if theres a "always on top" feature)

This is a need. Excited for when it is released.

I notice you can right-click a tab and pick:
Move to -> New WindowBut like the others posting here, I've become rather used to being able to drag a tab out to move it to a new window.
I don't know about "need" since I can do it another way but..
