Vivaldi calendar

There's need for Vivaldi Calendar - it will greatly complement Notes and Mail. Proper calendar with its own icon on side bar - not one stitched to Mail. Standalone calendars are problematic because you have to open one, on-line too because you have to log to them. And web browser is the first app opened and the last closed - it's open all the time. Setting an alarm for particular hour and notifying certain amount of time before the event would be good.

Yeah I can second that - I wouldn't use it much but it seems a logical thing to include (especially if synced).
Once upon a time someone made an Opera "panel" (like Unite and Widgets - another Opera innovation that didn't quite make it) which had quite a good calender function - my wife used to use it… must have been nearly ten years ago, I think. I always expected a built-in calender to come to Presto at some point to sit next to mail and notes - but it never did. I wonder why not...!?

The answer to that is in the first part of your reply:

This is one of those nice-to-have, but inessential features that we can all live without quite easily. Why is it I never have enough time to update my todo list?

My calendar, synced across my devices, is indispensable. I could not function without it.
