Dedicated forum for M3
-
Currently the forums have spaces for Windows, Mac, Linux, All Platforms. If possible I would like to see a dedicated space for M3. Having a space dedicated for M3 would make it easier to find posts set sticky's, ask questions. etc.

Care to explain what M3 is?

M3 is what they are calling the mail client.

Good idea.

I called M3 the hypothetical new Opium mail mail client for years, when talking about it, on Opium's blog.
It was just the obvious name.
Now I still believe that "Spring" wold be a nicer name for Vivaildi's client.
Spring like the Vivaldi's concerto
Spring also synonym of flexibility and snappiness
So I hope M3 is just a project name, like Spartan was for the Edge browser.

Thanks for the suggestion.
We can create a new category for M3, but I think it is a bit premature as the feature hasn't been released for testing yet.
It may confuse many people as it's not available yet.Maybe, starting with a topic on all platforms to suggest/discuss wish list for M3?

You are absolutely right on that.
But I believe the forum title wold help.
Something like "The future email client" or "the email client in development" or something like that should be enough to avoid confusion, and could be renamed once the client is released.

Even a wish-list forum is a bit premature yet. You already know what users want: Most of the features of M2 plus mail encryption, removal of attachments, and a few other things (read receipts?) that were requested time and time again on the old Opera forums, but never implemented.
When it's ready for testing, then it will be the time to create a new Mail Client forum and a Feature Request thread in it.

Well, for that matter they knew what the user wanted even before starting to write the first byte of browser.
Many of those features are still in the devs' and user's dreams, but we keep discussing them.
I have even submitted the first email related bug, maybe already fixed, but maybe something that was overlooked by the devs.
