Hi all,
While other companies are busy making clever gags with fake products, and inside joke, we are busy fixing bugs and improve Vivaldi!
As we are preparing for the TP3 release, we wanted to get some more testing done. So, we are sending the 2nd snapshot build of the week.
In this build, we changed the way Tiling works based on the feedback. Now, you can right-click on a tab stack and select Tile Tab Stack.

Other companies would make sure the speed dials keep the pictures it captures and after so many releases this doesn't happen on W8.1 which is terrible. Get your act together as I said in a post before

As already stated by the Vivaldi Team:
"Please do remember that this is still a developer snapshot. It may vary in stability, so use it at your own risk. It is still very early… "Happy Easter!

i can't test it much because I am crashing everytime. I sent a report for bug wizard about Vivaldi crashes with my USB 4G internet modem
-
adguard extension is not working
-
"ctrl + left arrow" and "ctrl + right arrow" drives me mad when i'm writing!
other than that, it's very fine. tab tiling is a life saver when working. but i think, that would be great if i can change the positions of tabs and tiles. (;
thank you!

I have no idea if this has been reported already, but Livestream.com (new.livestream.com) does not work regarding watching a live feed. The feed simply does not load. The plugins page shows that Flash is installed and the "recorded" videos of LS.com load and play properly. I have tried to set the plugin "always allowed" but no effect.
Edit: well I take it back. The "recorded" videos of LS.com do play but you can't set the video quality by hovering on the video. You can only play or stop the video.

Me too, and now we can't modify this.

@semtexxl:
Ok testing the new snapshot and I am still coming to the same conclusion. In current state it is absolutelly useless lag machine. I mean the switchng between tabs takes about 1-2 sec, whole ui is incredibly laggy and unresponsive
Perhaps are you using the 64bit version ?
Actually the UI while is not as snappy as a native one is already fast enough, and can only get better.
The page rendering is as fast (if not faster) than most of the blick based browsers
There is no X button in the upper right corner for sidepanel so I have to click on the bottom of page to close it.
Come on !!! Just use a bit of flexibility, there are actually FOUR (!!!) ways to close the side panel(s).
The switch on the lower left corner
The active border on the left side
You can click again on the mail/notes/bookmark tab
and
You can use F4
Constructive criticism is always good, but this is just moaning pointlessly…

Earlier page in history does not be loaded, In case of an empty profile there is also the same error.

I loaded Vivaldi today and was greeted by the interface being so small it is almost unreadable and unusabel. I can barely switch tabs with the mouse, and the status bar controls ("Load Images", zoom, etc) ARE unusable.I've been using the Easter build for some time but it only happened today. Restarting Vivaldi and restarting the computer made no difference. I'm going to have to go back to Opera Developer until I can solve this…
I'll try reinstalling Vivaldi (same build). If that does not work I'll go back to TP2.
[some clicking later]
Yep, definitely something about this build.- Reinstalling Vivaldi.1.0.142.32.exe over the current install did nothing.
- Uninstalling VIvaldi (without removing browser data) and installing TP2 solved it.
- Installing Vivaldi.1.0.142.32.exe over TP2 made it come back.
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Vivaldi 32-bit.

Please make a bug report. People have been having this (or the reverse where the UI becomes huge) happen to a very tiny number of users for SEVERAL BUILDS - going back to about the third or fourth build if I recall, an no one has been able to figure out what is doing it yet.

Where can I download this snapshot?
