F11 => (useful)lscreen
-
In the ancient days when netbooks were hot stuff, I used to travel a lot with such small device. You can imagine there was a big need to use the whole workspace of 11" display, but default fullscreen function in internet browsers was useless and is useless today, because you cannot easily access address bar and tabs, so you can only navigate via links on current page or if you are familiar with key shortcuts, you can use them, but it's not very convenient if you have several tabs opened. Today, I mainly surf the internet on 27" display, so there's no need for fullscreen, but it would be possibly useful for some users, if there will be adress bar and tabs toolbar in fullscreen auto-hidden in position and look where user defined it and therefore where (s)he expect it to be. Currently, according to my knowledge, only Internet Explorer 11 supports such feature and there is chrome extension Fullscreen address bar which seem to implement it's own UI as a workaround. What do you think, people? Is there anybody who will welcome such feature?

I would certainly welcome it. That feature alone was one of the deciding factors for me in the time periods I used Firefox and Sleipnir 4.

but if you add an adress bar to F11 so what is the diferent with a normal screen? F11 or not F11, the size of the screen is the same, my netbook is 10 inchs so if I use F11 I have 10" not 12"

Please read carefully.
A sliding bar.
Never used a virtual machine or a terminal server client in full screen mode? Well that's the idea…

I realized today, that this feature is common on mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets, but still not implemented into desktop browser. I'm surprised that fullscreen without any control even exists. I think it acts more like confuser for unexperienced users now, because if they mistakenly turn the fullscreen on, they could be pretty lost.

I actually preferred a real full-screen with no toolbars or buttons at all. To me, I either have the maximised window, which gives me all the extra UI bits, or I (very occasionally) use full-screen when I want to see the web content and only the web content (aka. kiosk mode).
However I can see how an (auto-hide) toolbar would be useful for some people, so in true Presto/Vivaldi fashion I would suggest an option in settings: fullscreen toolbar off/on/auto.
