Opening new profiles launches chrome_proxy.exe gradually filling up my taskbar
-
Made an account just for this as it's driving me nuts.
My main profile runs normally from vivaldi.exe which I have pinned to my taskbar, however when I launch a new profile form the profile icons it opens up a new instance of chrome_proxy.exe pointing to my install folder. Every new profile window I open launches a new chrome_proxy.exe instance and a new icon to my taskbar. This leads to silly situations where my already crowded taskbar slowly fills up with vivaldi icons like this https://i.imgur.com/Na7QZcY.png . Nevermind how confusing it can get with so many icons of the same thing open.
I find the feature really useful to keep separate instances of accounts and logins in their own container so it would be great if you could fix this or at least make them stack or something.
I'm using Windows 7 with a standalone install of version 2.7.1586.4

You could have searched a bit before posting, it's a known problem

This has nothing to do with the pinned taskbar shortcut, that one works just fine. There are no issues with the shortcut I pinned myself. It only happens when changing profiles inside the browser.
