Toggling address-bar and tab-bar
-
Hi everyone, I like having much space for viewing the webpages, but for some reasons I don't want to use full screen view. Now, would it be a big deal to add the function to toggle the address-bar and the tabs-bar in and out separately via hotkey? That would be great! Cheers, Mirco

If they do, you will be able to remove everything except the address bar
actually… you can disable the address bar since a very first build(s)

True. But not (yet) via hotkey.

actually I can't see any hotkey for settings containing more than 2 option. So it's probably intended to not give us option where 3+ options are possible. (not saying if it's good or bad)

You can use F2 to switch tabs, so no need for the tab bar.
You can also use F2 to navigate to a different address, only thing I'm missing with F2 is query parameters in the url. -

Default setting for F2 is "Show Quick Commands".
Maybe I'm a bit slow here  , but what do you mean with "use F2 to switch tabs"?

The first thing displayed at the top of the "show quick commands" dialog is a list of your tabs, from which you can select one and jump to it. The quick commands are displayed below the tabs.

Ah… well, that's nice. Didn't recognize that.
Maybe there's space for the address bar in there, too!
Or let it blend in with F8 when set to "off" and blend out when hitting enter after typing the address.

I still think that a hotkey for toggling the tab bar's visibility would be useful. I use tab stacking and tiling a lot, and for that I need the tab bar, while unless stacking or tiling tabs I would rather use the keyboard for cycling. This should work in both windowed as full screen mode.
