@floweringmind It's working fine for me. You might want to specify your specs or the error message you received if you want someone to address this.

Finaly figured out why with the latest builds I got some dead bird crashes on some sites, like
zdnet.com or unive.nl.
Bug rapport was VB-52446It only happens when I have the interface language set to Frisian, when I set it to Dutch There is no crash.
I hope this gives some insite to how it happens and that it can be fixed now.
Greetings
Berend Ytsma
Frisian translator -
@Gwen-Dragon @ytsma I can confirm this. I set Vivaldi to "Frysk - Friesisch", closed and restarted Vivaldi and was greeted by a message telling me that the extension Session Buddy crashed . Restarting it did not help. I did not have any problems with zdnet.com but unive.nl gave me the dead bird after showing the website for a second.
Then I set the UI to German, restarted Vivaldi and everything was fine. No crashing Session Buddy, no dead birds.
I am using 2.5.1525.37 x64 (I know that this is not the stable version, but I do not want to download those 56MB just to test this) with Windows 7. -
@Gwen-Dragon said in Minor update for Vivaldi 2.5:
But the bug @ytsma reported was not a window crash but a dead bird, something different than the issue you mention.
I know, only mentioned it because it jumped to my eye and seems to proof that Vivaldi is somehow more "crashable" when set to Friesian.
But as I wrote before, I can confirm the report about dead birds at unive.nl. -
twitter fix for snapshot users?
-
@Dimspace Probably in the next snapshot. No guarantees. IMHO, if it's in the final release it will be in the next snapshot. When V releases another snapshot is up to the devs and they aren't saying when that will be.
