Sometime Vivaldi doesn't appear to wamt to open, when look in task manager can find several vivakdi.ex 32 entries, if close these down then try open it works ok, as I ytpe now there are 6 such files showing, does one get creted every time look at another web site?

Yes there should be a Vivaldi.exe process for each tab you currently have open in Vivaldi. This ads up to the 3 or 4 processes that Vivaldi uses for other stuff. So, yes, it's normal to have more of them. It's exactly the same thing that Chrome does.
And it does not matter if you are running 32-bit or 64-bit Windows .Yes, but the problem is that the processes very often continue to run in the background after you have closed the browser. Next time you try to start Vivaldi, it won't start. You need to manually kill the running Vivalidi processes before you can start the browser again.

Agreed, can take a minute or two to start up on my Win 7 laptop but must say when does start am very happy with it, also can it be set to open full size as always opens 2/3 size

extensions are there in the list of vivaldi.exe's if you close them you close the extensions =addons
