Can't customize keyboard shortcuts.

Can't customize the keyboard shortcuts in Vivaldi version 1.0.94.2 for Windows 7 64 Bit. Detailed Example- Changed Toggle panel from F4 to F12. The toggle panel still remains F4. When I restart the browser neither F4 nor F12 works. This problem was there in previous build too.

Same here. Can't change the settings for the shortcuts. It ignores me and I net to reset to defaults.
-
Yep I pressed the F12 key.

I have the same problem. When I try to change a keyboard shortcut neither the new nor the old shortcut key works. I've tried changing several different shortcuts and different key combinations and none of them work.
I'm using 32-bit Windows XP and I did a stand-alone installation of Vivaldi. I currently have build 1.0.98.2 but this was true of the previous build as well.

You guys realize this IS a tech preview, right?

You think that people shouldn't report problems because it isn't finished yet? How in the world is it supposed to get finished if people don't talk about what isn't working correctly?

Hi there,
On a related note, I don't like the default shortcut for 'back' and 'forward' as CTRL+ LEFT and CTRL + RIGHT.
When writing/editing text in Windows; those shortcuts are bound to move cursor back and forward by a word (which I personally use very often).
But in Vivaldi it goes to the previous page, which is very annoying.
It would be good if one could change the default 'back/forward' shortcuts as well.
Thanks!
