What you have to do is delete the folder where you installed the standalone. (Or just delete the application / profile folders)

the things are not so simple!!!! your help failed Aronand the message about the error appear again, so I should reinstall like standalone again, and restart every thing
I found vivaldi.exe in this installation folder C:\Users\JOSE\AppData\Local\Vivaldi\ so I deleted vivaldi folder, re installed in the same folder for all user and crash again with the message about the error.
Why does not vivaldi use C:\program files\vivaldi\…. or C:\Program Files (x86) like another programs? why does it use C:\Users\JOSE..... where I have my documents!!!! -
If your system is set up for multiple user accounts, installing Vivaldi into a folder location within a single user account and selecting the install for "all users" seems to be at cross-purposes. Ordinarily, to install software for "all users", it's done from within an admin account or from a limited account using temporary admin privileges… the installer then installs its main components to a designated root target folder and makes its registry entries, and finally sets up individual limited user account accesses for each account. However, if the target folder has access restrictions applied to it by the system (as do most user Appdata folders), problems may occur unless the installation is done from within an admin account itself. Likewise, if the user account itself lacks full system access privileges to a desired target folder, the install cannot proceed and may prompt instead with another folder to which the account does have full access... such as your AppData sub-folder section.
This may have been the original situation you ran into when installing Vivaldi. And when you re-installed into the user account (C:\Users\JOSE\AppData\Local\Vivaldi) and set it for all users, you set up the same confused install situation where you are trying to give multiple users access into a file folder set aside for a single user. I would uninstall/delete the user account installation(s) and try instead fresh installing from within an admin-level account and do it for "multiple users" (or stand alone, if that's what you want). Make sure the install goes into the folder you want (using the "advanced" option to select it, if necessary).

This is why I always, always check the quote unquote advanced setup options and install things to C:\Utilities instead of program files. That, and nipping everyone's side-installations of Chrome.

so, What root or folder should I use: C:\program files\vivaldi\…. or C:\Program Files (x86)\vivaldi\
-
Once again, if you do a standalone version, you're free to select a folder, if you want to do a per-user or all-user install, you should (or even have to?) go with the folder that Vivaldi chooses automatically.
