Vivaldi crashes when opening Slack links.

Vivaldi 1.10.867.38 (Stable channel) (32-bit)
Slack 2.6.3 64-bit Windows StoreVivaldi will crash every time I open a link from the Slack app. I have already submitted a ticket in Slack as it makes more sense that it is their problem since it is the only on doing it.
Sometimes it will crash to desktop silently. Other times it will pop up a message asking to relaunch Vivaldi. I can copy the text and navigate to the pages fine. It seems like Slack is wrapping or forwarding the link badly.
Wondering if anyone else is seeing or has seen anything like this? I will resort to reinstalls of both if need be, but it's not a show stopper yet.

This is not related to Slack but to how the operating system opens Vivaldi and how Vivaldi deals with that request. It also happens to me when opening links in Vivaldi from other applications.

@mattnews22 I have been facing this issue for quite a while now and is actually the reason Vivaldi cannot be my default browser. And yes, it is a bug as no external application should be able to crash another app. All other major browsers work fine.

@vitormota This (old thread) problem sounds like it might be this problem
Crash on attempt to open links from external apps and having extensions that listen to chrome.tabs updates installed (VB-39450)
Discussed in this thread
https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/26767/1-15-1147-23-vivaldi-restarting-when-external-links-clicked
And it was fixed in 1.15 RC2
So should also be fixed in (latest) 1.15 Stable
