There are no keyboard shortcuts to the main menu

I cannot understand how to use the main menu.
- I press Alt+Tools, and the menu Tools is highlighted in red, but it does not expand.
- Nothing makes the Tools item expand:
--- Enter does nothing
--- Down arrow does nothing
--- Tab

@montiverdi This old bug has been fixed in the latest Snapshot. Still better to use the Vivaldi menu, and turn off the Horizontal Main Menu, but at least it works with Alt+T to open the Tools menu, Alt+B to open the Bookmarks Menu (also new to Snapshots), and Alt+F for the File Menu, etc.
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit • Snapshot 1.15.1137.3 (64-bit)

[Editing one's own post seems to be impossible. I'll copy and complete it]
I cannot understand how to use the main menu.
I press Alt+Tools, and the menu Tools is highlighted in red, but it does not expand.
Nothing makes the Tools item expand:
--- Enter does nothing
--- Down arrow does nothing
--- Holding Alt or Ctrl or Shift with anything else seems to do nothing. The only way to expand the Tools menu seems to be to pick up the mouse, which I don't like doing because it hurts my wrist.
Is this really the intended behaviour, or is it a bug?

Thanks, pesala. That was clever to answer me even before I had finished asking the question! Now that I know it's a bug, I'll wait for it to be fixed in the next stable release.
