Switch ctrl+tab to other pages with login popup window.
-
Hi,
When I write my name and password in the popup window (on some web pages), I can not switch to other pages through ctrl + tab (such in to email to copy the login information). Will Vivaldi ever have this opportunity?
The Old Opera had it and the new one also had it. -
Here's what I think.

Ctrl + tab does not work.
There are also pages where it is not working.
In other browsers it works normally. -
as far as I know, vivaldi doesn't have the ctrl+tab shortcut.... sadly...
hope they'll implement it one day down the roadAnyway you could use ctrl + 1 to 0
to switch to the desired tabs. -
@freeman79
This was implemented long ago -maybe you switched some shortcuts? -
Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab work by default. There is no Previous/Next Tab command to assign them to in Settings, Keyboard Tab. There, the commands available are only as below:
Interesting that they do show up on the cheat-sheet, however.
Firefox also blocks access to other tabs when the authentication dialogue is open, but new and Old Opera do not. Perhaps there is a security reason for this?

CTRL + TAB generally works in Vivaldi.
It does not work with this page and some others with a popup window with a password.
I need it to switch to email and copy my password.
Does not work for me any key combinations listed here.
It works in both the old opera and the new opera.
Please try the "https://il2.systemb2b.com/" page. -
@huh I already tried and confirmed the behaviour.
