Geologist from So Cal using Vivaldi for 6 months. Wonder if anyone notices strange error messages about IMAP since about mid-April, coincident with the notification of Heartbeat bug?
Would setting up different Vivaldi email account rectify the problem? Has any preventative work been done with regard to this computer bug?

In Desert, 112 feet below sea levelHi Warren, your working place seems incredible
In fact, we had updating Vivaldi.net quite often and currently we have a good protection from any wellknown vulnerabilities. Can you explain more detailed what happens with your Mail account?

Hi everyone, I'm a web developer from Indonesia.
Joined Vivaldi a while ago, still unsure what to do here. But I see that there are tech entusiasts behind this website/portal. I think we share the same passion here.
Have a good day!

Hello Sandalian, I left a little help on your post to start you.
Don't be afraid to ask for what may seem like dumb questions, as this site is still quite new and still changing.
This site design is not familiar to many users, so we are constantly learningYes there are certainly a good collection of geeks and nerds here.
Some of us sit in the IRC room, where we get even more geeky with charts, graphs and all sorts of hardware pics
OOOoooohh QuHno and his tech-porn. Marvellous :woohoo: -
Thanks Dr.Flay, will explore more and more
Godspeed! -

Web developer from Serbia here! Long-time Opera user, disappointed with new Opera development speed and lack of options, I think I finally found promising potential replacement.

Hi all,
Lovin the new web browser from you guys, feels like the first time I tried opera back in 2004 keep up the good work.Greetings from Queensland, Australia.

Hi all! I am developer from Poland. I'm an old veteran who began his adventure with Opera since version 8.5 (still use 12.17). Like most people here I joined Vivaldi.net because I do not like where it's New Opera going. I download new browser today and its great! This tech preview is more like good old Opera (features!) than the New Opera. Thanks for your hard work!

I'm Pallab from India. I used to be a big Opera fan, and it was my default browser for many many years. Like many other Opera enthusiasts, i was terribly disappointed with Opera 15. And I'm terribly excited about Vivaldi. Things I hope to see soon include Automatic Tab Stacking, Content Blocker, Paste & Go, URL Completion (CTRL+Enter and Shift+Enter).

Hello everybody,
I'm Maarten and i'm a 14-years old guy. I live in the Netherlands. I saw an article about Vivaldi. It said that this browser is for people which use many tabs, so I thought: Lets try! For school, I often use many tabs.
My hobbies are watching football and cycling. I like to play the horn too.
Hope I enjoy this browser!

My name is Ezequiel, and I'm a web designer, freelance writer for Webdesigner Depot, gamer, and a guy that's in his browser basically all day every day. Even when I'm gaming, I often have a browser up on my second monitor so I can do other stuff. With Chrome crashing on me constantly, Firefox slowing down the longer I use it, and the current version of Opera doing the same things as Chrome (including the crashing bit), I'm interested to see what Vivaldi will do.
You make me a stable browser, and I will give you love. Maybe money, too.

Hey I am Poemaster,
I'm new to vivaldi! And I am a web designer and hardcore gamer! I plan on using vivaldi as my new browser as speed is what matters to me, I need to know I can really on browser to respond and be lightening quick with my requests.
I am 15, and I originate from the republic of Ireland, but I currently live in England! I spend most of my free time either gaming or creating content for YouTube, with my team of Minecrafters, and web designers! We are codenamed the "EvilSnowmen" and we are often found on our own public Minecraft server!
As I said above, I am a gamer, coder and a new YouTube content creator! I am only a few months away from sitting all my GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) Exams, So I am pretty busy in my life, but I love every minute of everyday and I plan on never missing a beat!
I am here because I do not like the new Opera and I personally think it has lost touch and become less caring about it community, whilst Opera never officially played with the big boy browsers, it was good, and I have a good feeling Vivaldi has the opportunity to expand more and because the best browser available to the public!
So I am going to leave you with my links and goto sleep!

I am Terry (VastOne) and I develop and maintain VSIDO, a debian sid based distro
I am interested in anything that will eventually replace Iceweasel and the adobe flash plugin
I am impressed after using Vivaldi over the last hour, though it appears to be using the adobe flash plugin (based on the version # from the About page)
Where is the libflashplayer stored?
Keep up the excellent work

As a former Opera user how could I not check out a new browser built by the former Opera team. The Tech Preview looks great, many of the old Opera features are already restored. I hope this project can go all the way.
I think this is worthy of a Book of Mozilla-style verseβ¦I declare this to be The Book of Vivaldi, 1:15
And on that day both the Beast and the Mammonites froze still, for Music returned to the world under a Silvery herald.

Greetings from Canada.
Long time Opera user here and I'm hoping that Vivaldi can restore the browser and community that once made Opera so great.
Cheers
