Export / import passwords via CSV (Vivaldi 1.13 & 1.14)
-
Hi.
In previous versions of Vivaldi it was possible export and import passwords to/from CSV file. But version 1.13 has not yet.
So how can I can export and import passwords via CSV file?
In chrome://flags/#password-export I have Enabled, browser restarted but in vivaldi://settings/passwords I cannot see any Export/Import button as in the past.
And this also doesn't work, Vivaldi is older build

Thanks.

new chromium 64 has reintroduced the feature and it's available in vivaldi 1.14 snapshot now.
chrome://flags/#password-export
chrome://flags/#password-import -

@martinezz
another alternative to the backport: Chromepass -
@martinezz Working for me. Did you restart Vivaldi?
Specs: AMD A10-6800K, 8 Gb on Win 10 64-bit β’ Snapshot 1.15.1090.3 (64-bit)

@martinezz said in Export / import passwords via CSV (Vivaldi 1.13 & 1.14):
I'm afraid... not. ...
It works, trust me. After enabling export/import just like you did, you should go to
chrome://settings/passwords and not vivaldi://settings/passwords.That's all.

Thank you, guys, for help.
Mnu was appeared not on first restart of browser, but later. At least: passwords exported and imported already.
Thank you!

@allesimlot Man, you saved me.

How about in Vivaldi 2.10.1745.27 ?
I can't set flag Password Import because there is no such a flag in my flags section. -
@Anamitr
Hi, Chromium has removed the flag since a while but you can enable it during Vivaldi start. Check:https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/23026324?hl=en&msgid=24378916
Cheers, mib
Edit: It is for Chrome but should work for Vivaldi, too. -
