Opera 9.2 Compatible Keyboard Shortcut
-
It'd be nice to have back the classic keyboard shortcuts from old Opera:
Most notably, it's still missing the shortcuts:
-Open webpage from speed dial (Ctrl + Num)
-Close all tabs (Ctrl + Alt + W)Apart from being able to assign shortcuts to these actions, it would be very convenient to have an extra option next to 'reset to defaults' to set the shortcuts to 'Opera 9.2 Compatible'.
-
This might get more votes if it was more general like:
Export/Import for User Settings
I suggest voting for that feature request.

Does this request include having multiple shortcut profiles like O12? I suppose it is not strictly necessary as vivaldi offers having multiple user profiles, but this may still make sense, especially for cross-platform sync where you could keep your local [macOS] settings or switch to your [linux] shortcuts.

Close all tabs
This can now be done with a command chain.
- Define a command chain to close all tabs
2. Assign a shortcut to the command chain -

If you're patient enough to create ten Command Chains for ten Speed Dial URLs, and then to edit them if they change, this can also be done by creating a command chain for each speed dial link, and assigning Ctrl+Numpad+Number to them.

I am sure that would be possible if two or more shortcut profiles were included with the default setup.
I guess that Mouse Gestures should have the same feature too?
In my opinion, the Export/Import route would be easier to implement, if slightly less convenient to use, edit, and sync.

Thank you for your request. As it has received few votes over 4 years, it is now going to be archived.
