Is there a way to disable Horizontal bar in reader view?

Is there a way to disable horizontal bar on reader view, I use a mouse pad and scrolling down the text move also the horizontal bar, I don't need makes me dizzy.

@zikkeratak
I tested a few sites and don't see any moving horizontal bar so this could be site specific. What website are you talking about - could you please post a link to this site?
In case you mean the Vivaldi horizontal bar you can pres "F11" to switch to fullscreen mode - but this bar shouldn't move in the first place. -
If you mean the reader view settings bar, pressing the cog icon at the top left should make it hide.

I see the horizontal scrollbar but it does not do much.

I realize that i wasn't that clear in my question so here it is>
On every website while on reader view, i get on the bottom of the page a horizontal bar.
if i use my mousepad (scroll down) the horizontal bar at the bottom keeps moving left-right which shakes de webpage making it harder to read.
all the text on reader view no matter what website it is, it fits into the screen all the time making obsolete to have a horizontal bar at the bottom.

@zikkeratak I am not able to see any sideways movement of the page. The scrollbar just sits there unless I drag the button. I agree that it does not need to be shown in reader view.
On which webpage do you see this problem?

@zikkeratak The horizontal scroll bar you are mentioning is a bug. It's clearly not needed when in reading mode.

You can fix the problem by adding following code to
Reader_View.js
.body { max-width: 100%; overflow-x: hidden; }
The file is inside your application in this folder:
YOURVIVALDIDIRECTORY\Application\VERSION\resources\vivaldi\user_files
