Looks like it is starting faster. Good job :-).

automatic title for tab stack
That is already implemented. The Domain Name is used if the tabs are from the same domain. Otherwise, the title of the first tab is used.
-
@luetage: Only for Windows and Linux, as they have the Menu button.
macOS has the native menus. -

I know the title is implemented. My request was an option to rename this automatic generated title. Because this title has curious names sometimes (like overview) or just the name of one tab in the stack.
I will add this to feature request thread, too. -
Does that ending mean next step will be version 2 (no 1.14) with Sync and other surprise features?
-
Good Job and congratulations for this new release.
-
@metalfatigue No. The next version will be 1.14.

Well done, team

thank you for your work, you are awesome!

The Window panel looks like another good step into the right direction. I asked for this feature a long time ago in the forums, and it seems to fit here: how about implementing "sessions" in a similar way as OmniWeb does it? I.e. users could add tabs to a session and save it under some name. When you open a session all your current session's tabs are replaced by the new sesion's one. This can reduce huge numbers of tabs, and also allows to organise tab sets for specific work that can be closed (i.e. replaced by some other tab set) afterwards. I think that people still remembering OmniWeb may know what I'm talking about.

"Window Panel" !!! i still can't believe one of my 2 pet peeves with vivaldi has been fixed! i'm in tears of joy.. now only what's left is bookmark syncing and Vivaldi will be the perfect browser!
That does not stop me from using it as my one and only browser for months now on linux and windows. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank you for making browsing the web bearable again!

Hi. I have still issues with installation Vivaldi (any version) on Linux OpenMandriva LX 3. I use RPM snaphsot or stable but still GUI urpmi installer gives me error without any details and urpmi in konsole gives me error:
"Installation failed: vivaldi-unstable conflicts with vivaldi-snapshot-1.13.1008.30-1.x86_64
error while checking dependencies"This with stable version:
"installing vivaldi-stable-1.13.1008.32-1.x86_64.rpm from /home/x/Pobrane
Installation failed: vivaldi-beta conflicts with vivaldi-stable-1.13.1008.32-1.x86_64
error while checking dependencies"I try remove all vivaldi packages and install latest available but still I have this issue.
When I report issue to OpenMandriva bugzilla they closed it as not a distro bug but from what I see one other user have also same issue. Here details: https://issues.openmandriva.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2097Worth to add when we try on vivaldi packages this command:
"rpm -qp --provides /home/x/Pobrane/vivaldi-stable-1.13.1008.32-1.x86_64.rpm
vivaldi-beta = 1.13.1008.32
vivaldi-stable = 1.13.1008.32-1
vivaldi-stable(x86-64) = 1.13.1008.32-1
"
so as you can see this can be packing issue. Can u look at this again?BTW. great job with Vivaldi 1.13 Thanks all.

the Vivaldi still start in Windows stated not maximized stated when new Windows is created.the history section, the calendar still access the previous day although there are no more history. the previous button show the right stated, but the mouse not. look alike there are activated by mouse event. it is should be disable, should respected the function button of history. -
and why only the Mac OS are have Vivaldi Voice not the other platform?

The Window Panel looks wonderful. So, I'm wondering whether the tab bar is now redundant. Or is there some useful distinction so that one wants to keep both?
I've just hidden the tab bar. I'll see what will happen. . . .

The panels take a lot more screen real-estate, especially if users have the tabs at the top using the Windows title bar space that is otherwise wasted.

Excellent release there! Thank you. Frankly didnt encounter any bugs when I was on 1.13 snapshots but prefer red Vivaldi icons for some reason.
Any reason why Vivaldi splash is still there on stable build? I thought it was introduced in 1.13 snapshots to explicitly say its a snapshot.
