Vivaldi address bar bug
-
Hello. The Vivaldi address bar doesn't act as I would expect it to when it comes to history. I expect when I type something that was contained in a URL or page title in History, to also show up in the Vivaldi history. Instead, it only shows me some useless Google searches that actually led to me getting to the page.
Case in question is a Discogs entry for the band Koan. The word "koan" is included in BOTH title of the page I am referring to AND the URL.
However, it does NOT show in the address bar.
I included screenshots to prove this.
I am on the latest stable version of Vivaldi.

Regarding Google searches being displayed in the address bar, that's a known bug that will someday be fixed.

I don't mind having google searches show up there. They are part of my history as well!
What I mind is the fact that ACTUAL HISTORY ENTRIES that I really DO WANT to see there do NOT appear

Could a moderator be able to add this to the Vivaldi bug tracker or at least confirm that it's a known bug?

Do your part and use vivaldi.com/bugreport

Cool :). From what I remember only moderators were allowed access to do this. But I might be confusing with "access to the actual bug tracker" :).
Also, don't be so condescending. I've done my part already. But of course I'll go the extra mile
