Disable Home button doesn't work
-
Go to Settings, disabled Show Home Button.
But Home button still display on the Address bar!?
This gotta be a bug, right?Win 8.1 64x, 8G
Vivaldi latest stable 32x -
No, this is not a mistake! Vivaldi does not have this option yet! Certainly we already have this request in Feature requests for 1.13.
-
Huh? I found this option in the link i provided.
Just go to vivaldi://settings/appearance > 2nd option -
It's a chromium setting but it's not used by Vivaldi
The home button can be hidden with one line in custom.css.button-toolbar.home { display: none }
refer to the modifications subforum on how to apply a custom.css

Oh, i see. Thanks for the clarification.
I am using custom.css to mod the browser GUI, used to mod the home button away, but i discovered the option so i thought it can hide the home button.I guess custom.css is the way to go then.
Thanks a bunch. -
I think this issue is also indicative of the lack of full integration of chrome and vivaldi settings. That will come in time, hopefully.
