I wonder what will be the big feature of 1.13.
Sync maybe? Would be awesome
-
@zahek: Damn... I almost did!
-
@jacekn: I would not mind a snapshot cycle that was just focused on bug fixing, what with the various new features that are on the horizon.
-
Still waiting on a fix for this bug.
-
@osmin: Features and performance will always be pursued in parallel.
-
how about bugs with a beard like VB-23059 or VB-23790 ?
but, of course, thanks for the snapshot
-
Am I allowed to grumble about the suggestion that ladybirds/ladybugs might be annoying little bugs? It is a gross slur on their reputation as among the most useful insects known to man/people/me.If not, forget I mentioned it... Nice pic though.

¡ Muchas Gracias! Saludos

I hope this cute little bug was taken out of the house and set free rather than squashed.

Hi Team, can you fix the VB-32854 Regression right-click on bookmarks in Bookmarks Bar and the VB-32651 Unable to play Amazon Prime Videos?
And as @LonM says I wouldn't mind a snapshot cycle focused solely on bug fixes.

Then wait for the 1.13 Release Candidates. They always focus on bug fixes.
VB-32854 Regression right-click on bookmarks in Bookmarks Bar
What regression is that? Right-click on bookmarks in the Bookmarks Bar works fine for me. If you are referring to the context menu on Bookmark Bar folders, that is a long-standing feature request.

@daring: Did you post it as a bug report with all the steps you perform to get this result?
because I can't reproduce it:

VB-32854 if you right-clicking on bookmarks in the bookmarks bar does not open the contextual menu but the bookmark opens in a new tab. On the folders works correctly.
-
@derday: VB-23059 Did you check if "open Bookmarks in new tab" is unchecked in the settings?
VB-23790 That could be be caused by incremental updates. Does it happen if you download the new version and install it over the old one too? -
During a download the browser saves the file even when you select the "open" option. I thought it would simply save the file on a temporary folder and open it, like Opera 12 did.
Is this a bug or just how Vivaldi works?
-
@romulo-godoi Yes. It's a Chromium thing.

No such problem here.

That's how Vivaldi works. There's already a post to request the use of a temporary folder.
