I can't tell if this is some kind of bug or some setup I have made and that has made this kind of blue markup appear when I click on any link, markup or button on any website.
Could you guys and girls tell me how to make it disappear?

Check which extensions you have, disable them ALL and retry.
-
@ian-coog still the same thing with all extensions off
-
Touch screen?
-
@sgunhouse no. PC

It looks a little like the spatial navigation that vivaldi has, only blue instead of orange.
-
It works fine for me, it could be some problem (on the site) or setup that you did on Facebook. Still the same?
-
@nlope but this happens not only on Facebook, but on virtually every site I access such as youtube, deviantart, vk, yahoo, gmail and so on. first I thought it was some configuration I made in vivaldi, but I did not find anything related, like in the form focus.
-
@tchelows Does another browser work fine?
-
@nlope Yup! I only use Vivaldi, but testing on Edge this blue mark is not appearing.
-
Any solution for my issue?

@tchelows This seems to be nothing but the default anchor tag behavior. Some sites don't have it because they removed it through css. Some browsers like Edge seem to have removed it altogether. You can use a custom css rule to remove it on Vivaldi:
a:active, a:focus { outline: none !important; }
Some elements might still have it, so you'll have to figure out what kind of element they are and add those to the rule. If you want something more broad you can also use
*:active, *:focus
, where*
stands for all elements. Beware that removing the outline from all elements indiscriminately might ruin some sites styling. -
