How to stop vivaldi from searching for bookmark shortcuts?
-
I have many bookmarks imported from Opera.
The most frequently used bookmarks all have shortcuts.Sometime early in the summer (I reported an issue on it, but never heard anything back), vivaldi started searching for the shortcuts when I selected a bookmark with a shortcut.
I.e. if http://vg.no has the shortcut "vgno", instead of getting the http://vg.no page, I get the search results for "vgno".
And that's rather annoying, and I would like vivaldi to stop doing this.
Is there a way to make vivaldi stop searching for bookmark shortcuts?
Thanks!

Shortcut? You mean nickname, or?

@steinarb See if helps: Alt+P >> Search, uncheck Search in Address Field

If you want to call the Bookmarks by their nickname / shortcuts use the Quick Command by pressing F2
