On some websites black screen instead of video (sound works well). For example: http://www.ceskatelevize.cz/sport/zive-vysilani/.
Vivaldi 1.9.818.50 32bit
Windows 7 64bit Build 7601
Computer: Dell Latitude E6540
Processor: Intel Core i5-4210M
Chipset: Intel QM87
Graphics 1: Intel HD Graphics 4600 (integrated)
Graphics 2: ATI/AMD Radeon HD 8790M
Monitor configuration: Notebook display closed, 2x external Displays 1920x1200 via DVI -

@Gwen-Dragon Yeah, and one of the two will likely help. The real issue is that disabling hardware acceleration is no longtime solution. Hardware acceleration is in the browser for a reason.
I would try just the igpu and if it's blacklisted, set the flag to enable it.

@Gwen-Dragon Thanks, I've tried to disable accelerated video and video is working now, but CPU consumption is really huge. Is it some way to set some filter to disable video acceleration only for some websites? (For example YouTube works fine with acceleration).

@luetage Sorry I don't understand, what you mean: "I would try just the igpu and if it's blacklisted, set the flag to enable it."
Did you mean this flag: chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blacklist ? I've tried to set up it, but video is still not working. -
@coksack No, there isn't, and of course cpu peaks, because the workload that should be done by your gpu is now handled by your cpu. Either try and get your gpu to work, exchange your gpu for something compatible, or, and I hate to say it, change browser.

@coksack What gpu do you have enabled, the igpu or the dedicated one? You should try both with hardware acceleration enabled and no flags set.

Well, I win. I've found where assign application to graphics card. So when I set AMD, video doesn't work, but when I set Intel video acceleration it works (true is, that there is sometime some flicker in video, but isn't so bad). I hope, that integrated graphics has enough power to accelerate whole browser. Maybe I'll try disable intel in bios later whether it helps. Thanks a lot for help.
