Unable to upgrade to latest

I hope this is in the proper forum. Been trying for 2 days to up to snapshot 1.10.862.6, and the download does not start. Tried from Help on menu and from Team Blog page. Any suggestions? Thank you!

@pinsal There was a problem with some servers when first released (for the 32 bit version), but it should have been solved.
However, that problem manifested as an incomplete download, are you getting NO download at all?

I'm currently using 1.10.856.16, 64 bit. Getting no update at all, the download doesn't even begin. The "check for updates" shows a new version is available (862.6), but the d/l just won't start.

Three days and still getting the silly message "are you connected to the internet?" when I try to get the new snapshot. Any ideas??

@pinsal All of the download links are working fine for me.
Does this link to the 32-bit Windows installer work for you?

@pinsal I get that message from the autoupdater, at work we're under a squid proxy and the autoupdater for some reason doesn't ask for proxy authentication before downloading. I have to download the full installer manually from the blog page and run it to update. You probably are in a similar situation.
