Add option for tab cycling with mouse wheel : Wrap or No Wrap.
It stand for stopping wrapping around tabs when it reach the top left or top right tab (as Firefox, Linux etc).It would make the behavior useable.

Ability to view/delete NON-password form autofill data.
As I mentioned in another thread, a while back:
I notice Vivaldi doesn't seem to expose anywhere the stored non-password form autofill data [...] I did some grep-ing for myself, and found it seems to be stored in the file named "Web Data". It would be nice if there was a list in Settings > Privacy so one could clear specific entries there without deleting the entire file, the way there already is a list there for passwords.
This autofill data is not manageable at
vivaldi://chrome/settings/autofill
-- that just manages saved street addresses and credit card entries.Examples of non-password form data I've seen saved this way are my library card barcode when I log into search.proquest.com, my email addresses, and on some sites, even previous comment posts I've made.

(At least when DevTools is open) have additional drop-down options from the reload button, for "Hard Reload" and "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
As suggested by @chroncile , this dropdown from Chromium/Chrome would be reasonable to have in Vivaldi as well, on long press or secondary click of the reload button.
Original suggestion:
@chroncile said in Developer Tools not dockable to the bottom of the page:In Chrome, when you open the developer tools the reload icon gains additional options. Right clicking on the reload icon displays 3 options: Normal reload, hard reload, empty cache and hard reload. This is missing in Vivaldi. It's very useful when you are working on a webpage and need to reload the CSS.

May I suggest an improvement on this context menu then? Replace "T" shortcut for "Reload x Tabs" with "R" letter (which seems to be free), and assign "T" as shortcut to "Tile x Tabs"
"R" is used for "Reopen closed tab"
Assigning Access keys is a constant headache. Every time a new menu item is added, they may need to be updated. Plus, Vivaldi has to work in many different languages. I assume that the Access Keys are assigned automatically, but I don't know what algorithm is used.
The most flexible solution currently has 84 upvotes:

Manual loading of active tabs option
Hi
I like to request manual load of active tabs rather automatic load. When you go activate a tab by switching to it, Vivaldi retries loading page until it loads correctly. I like an option for changing this behavior to manual. This means when you switch to a tab that is not currently loaded or is hibernated, Vivaldi will not try to load it until user manually press refresh button or press enter on address bar.
This feature will be specially useful when you like to have a lot of background tabs and some of them will be used less than others. You can simply load the ones that you need after browser startup, Because they will not open automatically when you start Vivaldi and switch to use tabs.Best Regards

Improve Suggestions when Adding a Bookmark to Speed Dial
Currently, "Add Bookmark to Speed Dial" seems to show the most recent bookmarks or Google searches first.
It might be more useful to sort by the number of times a bookmark has been visited.

@nfsmaniac Did You mean this?
-
Hello developers, ability to stream Tidal Lossless.
-
@ROTFL Yes, it could be one of possible concepts.
But you forgot about button for expanding/collapsing all tabs results.
(or maybe is enough to have just a right-click context menu for it -- like in Bookmarks) -
Reopen tab at former position when using Ctrl+Shift+T instead of the end of the tab bar.
-
@LongLife Actually I prefer it the way it currently is, probably I tend to close my tabs starting from the right side... so I probably want to at least have a choice here.

close tab on shift-click

Hide panel (in conjunction with Focus panel, so that clicking the shortcut twice closes the panel view but does not remove the panel bar)
It seems that this is working for individual panels, but not for the Focus Panel setting. This should be Focus Panel | Unfocus Panel.

When Vivaldi fails to start 2 times or more (starts in the background but a window is not opened) and you kill Vivaldi, Last Tabs and Current Tabs get overridden. Clicking on Trash Can icon shows only a window with only one tab (speed dial/homepage), so you end up losing your last session with all the open tabs. Please add a feature to autosave last 10 sessions with timestamped filenames so that in case session is lost we can easily restore using autosaved data.

A shortcut (icon or menu item) to quickly access vivaldi://apps. Ideally a tab on the side panel would work best for me.
(Edit: I tried to add it as a new panel however page was not displayed in a responsive manner & horizontal scrollbars were missing. I could not access all the items in the page) -

Reliable Session Backup & Recovery
Yesterday I lost ~170 Vivaldi Tabs due to two OS crashes in short time.
Sorry for being blunt. If you face two OS crashes in short time you should ask for a reliable OS instead of a reliable session backup & recovery for Vivaldi.

I asked for something like this some time ago. It already exists but well hidden, so I always forget. Looked it up now, though. Type chrome://settings/passwords into the address bar and hit Enter. -

From https://blog.chromium.org/2016/08/from-chrome-apps-to-web.html :Starting in late 2016, newly-published Chrome apps will only be available to users on Chrome OS. Existing Chrome apps will remain accessible on all platforms, and developers can continue to update them.
In the second half of 2017, the Chrome Web Store will no longer show Chrome apps on Windows, Mac, and Linux, but will continue to surface extensions and themes. In early 2018, users on these platforms will no longer be able to load Chrome apps. -
Passwords "Never saved" list should be shown in Settings>Privacy
