Still has IME issue for Simplified Chinese here。 Address bar and top right search is ok, in page search is broken. Win10, vivaldi x64. Mirosoft pinyin
-
@prime23: Thanks yes we have noticed this ourselves. Expect the next build to have it fixed.
-
Yay! The key mapping in settings is fixed for me great work!

Going back to (now locked) conversation from RC2:
@Aronand: I wish bug report link was easier to find (or am I missing it?). Whenever I want to report something, I cannot find it.
@gwen-dragon: Reported the

bug twice (to make sure I did not misspell my email), but got no confirmation, even in spam.
BTW still present in RC3. -

The page capture doesn't work in this Facebook page , with all responses and comments exposed and expanded, both saving straight to this disk or to clipboard, capturing only about 70% of it.
I don't know if it's applicable in these circumstances but since I never used this feature maybe it's related to some bug...
Win10 x64 Creators Update installed, Viv x64 clean installation.
-
@CptGuapo: Capture can only get abuot 30,000 lines. Do you know how long that page is?
-
@ayespy: In lines, no, but is pretty long...
Is it known if this limit will be longer?
-
[Regression][IME] First character typed in input box gets committed without converted to Japanese VB-24467
THANK YOU! I was so tired of having the dictionary give weird results because of this bug. So glad to see it's over now!
-
@cjones_: Can you give some URLs as examples, so I can try it out?
-
@CptGuapo: It's not impossible. When they first implemented it, it was only 20,000 lines. They've already increased it by 50%. There's going to be some hard limit at some point, but possibly they will allow users to set it within some range.
-
For some reason this snapshot adjusted the default zoom for web pages to 85% for me. Switching it back worked fine though. I was also logged out of all the sites I was logged into. Additionally, "Save image" in right click context menu seems to have no effect. Using Arch Linux, 64-bit.
-
@ayespy: OK, got it. I will have to wait for this possible implementation then.
It's a pity because I only realized now that this page capture thing is awesome to keep a lot of information in a minimal way, make me saving time and resources. Anyway, hope they increase this limit a lot more (and write about it on release notes).
Thanks for the clarification.
-
@cjones_: Hmm ... Can you access it via the keyboard? (e.g. tabbing)
-
@gwen-dragon: Finally got email, bug number is VB-27873 and (duplicate) VB-27880. Maybe you should add a warning that confirmations are send with delay (at night)?
