Unhide extensions?

How do I unhide extension buttons?
I thought there was supposed to be three vertical dots at the end of the extension area.
If there is I can't see them (dots).
I running v1.8.770.9 snapshot. -

Go to the Extensions page: vivaldi://extensions (by default
[CTRL]
+[SHIFT]
+[E]

Don't feel too bad. As the number of settings and features increase, so does the difficulty in remembering which one is where.
I regularly drive 3 different vehicles - a car and a 2 small trucks. The other day, in one of the trucks, I suddenly couldn't remember how to set the parking brake (which I use very rarely)... it was a lever, right where it always was, back under the bottom of the dash, but on a different side of the steering wheel than the car and other truck. Nothing makes one feel more foolish than sitting in a vehicle for 5 minutes trying to remember where the parking lever or pedal or whatever is located... particularly when you've owned the vehicle for 5 years.
