Incomplete copy of URL when you just select it
-
Hi,
I notice that when I just select the address in URL bar, you know that in Linux it means "copy", then I paste it to somewhere, the "http(s)://" header are not included, though it works if I use Ctrl+C to copy it.I consider this as a bug... please fix it? Thanks.
BTW, it's in release 1.8.

Settings/address bar/show full url

@iAN-CooG, thanks. But "showing" the full URL is not exactly what I want...

I made a workaround suggestion to you to see if it at least fixes the problem for you, have you at least tried? If it doesn't work, feel free to submit a bugreport.

@Gwen-Dragon, thanks. Instead of using ctrl+C, if you just select it by triple click, will you be able to paste the full URL to somewhere (by middle click)?

@Gwen-Dragon, thanks. Do you have a link to the bug report VB-26122? I can not find a bug report category in this website...

I can reproduce this by trying to select the URL with CTRL+L and then copying with CTRL+C. If the page is not yet fully loaded, the scheme won't be included in the copied text.
