Browser Scale issue

Hi everyone, Vivaldi is starting but everything is scaled down. (menus, tabs, panel,...). Just like it is in 75/85% So everything is actually very small. Any idea how to solve it and restore a normal size? Thanks in advance. Reztrez Attachments:

Have you checked Tools >> Settings >> Webpages?

Most of us are seeing everything scaled up, but it's a known issue. This solution from the Blog works for me.
1. If you don't have a shortcut for Vivaldi.exe, create one.
2. Right-click the shortcut and select Properties.
3. go to the Shortcut section.
4. Add the below switch in the target field after Vivaldi.exe" (Note: You need to leave a single space before appending this)/high-dpi-support=1 /force-device-scale-factor=1

It seems the issue does not affect Linux.
-
It doesn't even affect Windows if no desktop scaling is active. In other words, only ppl using too large screens/resolutions which forces them to use a zoom to be able to read something in it

arge screens/resolutions which forces them to use a zoom to be able to read something in it
is not correct: I use it on 3840x2160 Display with 100% scaling and the snapshot ist big scaled & blurry …

I'm pretty much liking Vivaldi (1.4) on Win 10 with 1900x1200 resolution in 22" wide screen (10:1) high-dpi monitor.
One thing that doesn't look good is the sheer size of Start Page thumbs/icons…. I couldn't fit much of those on a screen when on Opera I have 6 in a row just like in Vivaldi and in Opera I can have thumbs plenty on speed dial.
Also what's taking a lot (!) space in Vivaldi's Start Page is the banner on top.. with the menu. Again Opera has it on side (left side) there it takes hardly any space compared to the top position of current.

I tried many combinations but I didn't get any effect! How come there's a slash in front of the switch while Chromium switches has two – in front of the switch?
I have installed Vivaldi (1.4) at under appdata... not program files(x86).
I also have Opera beta installed there and it's running pretty fine from there
I'm thinking of installing Vivaldi to program files, if it would help any bit. I don't want to give up from 1900x1200 albeit in a lot of places things are a tad too tiny. But 1680x1050 feels such a waste of space...

Thanks for your help.
The solution of pushing up the User Interface Zoom has returned the correct size to the UI but now all the fonts are now blurry.
So scale is back but readability is not good.

It didn't work! No effect!

settings>webpages>default webpage zoom
minimum font sizeresolution and os display settings also play a role in bluryness/sharpness.
