Thank you for the warm welcome! I really like Vivaldi, is just that after so many years using Firefox exclusively (and occasionally Chrome), I hesitate a bit on switching to another browser. I use the browser daily for my work and for other activities, so It is very important that the browser meets all the functions I need. Vivaldi seems to me the most viable option at the moment.
As for speed, it is fast, indeed. Comparing with Firefox 57 is more or less the same, I do not notice a significant advantage on the FF side. The strength of Vivaldi is its wealth of configuration options, with the certainty that they will not be lost soon due to a trend or tendency to excessively "simplify" the browser.
When testing Vivaldi I found only one bug and one inconvenience: when navigating with a duplicate tab (a tab that includes two active windows) one of the two seems to "freeze". A small drawback is that the text of the tab is very small can not be changed (neither the size nor the type of letter). But these are just few disadvantages and I hope that with time they will be solved.
