@derDay Thanks. Yeah, that's basically what I've done, except not a keyboard combo, I've just made a new shortcut with the --guest argument and search it if I need it 🙂
A hotkey or an added task to the Jumplist would be great, I'll see if I can mock up a feature request some day 😉
Drag & drop does not work for me at all with a local HTML file. I tried it with one of these pages open, and with multiple as well as only one tab open and it still did nothing. It must have to do with Vivaldi specifically, since that works fine with Slimjet, another chromium browser.
I am currently using Vivaldi 2.11.1811.52 on MacOS.
I'm really not a fan that the big topic that contains a lot of additional information was closed for one that may have existed before, but was not active in a long time. Just because it may be the eldest active post does neither make it the first real request on M3 in this forum nor the best place to talk about it...
Would argue that closing this thread and opening this would be the better decision.
unfortunately, I don't use Opera, so I can only guess the exact instructions. It could look like this:
export the bookmarks from Opera to a file (remember where you save it)
go to the bookmarks manager (vivaldi://bookmarks) and click the Import button (in top right corner)
choose Opera Bookmarks File or Bookmarks HTML File (I don't know how Opera exports the bookmarks), then Choose File
choose the file to which you exported the bookmarks
And please, use English the next time, we unfortunately don't have a Dutch (?) subforum where you could ask in your language.
