So, to get the 64-bit package:
has a newer vivaldi-stable arm64 been released ???
I tried snapshots newer than v3.4 on my rpi4 ubuntu 21.04 64 bit but the performance was not as good as with vivaldi-stable_3.4.2066.106-1_arm64 ...
thanks folks for your help !
PS : oops my bad I just downloaded https://vivaldi.com/download/vivaldi-stable_arm64.deb and I got vivaldi-stable_4.1.2369.11-1_arm64.deb 😉 ... seems to work good ! 🙂
@pesala Yeah, it's strange. Syncing is working on my stable install on another openSUSE machine but syncing isn't working on stable or snapshot on a separate openSUSE machine. Not sure where to go with this one.

Also, in the new profile typing "tc" in the address bar does not populate "tct", so I don't have to use the Delete key to kill the trailing "t".
Yes, this is simply caused by the sort order of the bookmarks in the URL bar dropdown. The first match will populate the URL first. This seems to depend on the sort order set in the Bookmarks Panel for some weird reason.
Gold. I simply moved "tc" to the earlier folder "tct" is in, and the problem is resolved. Doing that won't be feasible in every case, but it's fine for this one, since "tct" pointed to the related thechosen.tv site.

It seems that there isn't a GUI path to it, but that did work for me. Vivaldi redirected to vivaldi:// - but it just worked when accessed with chrome://
I don't usually use the 'drag & drop' functionality to upload files in vivaldi (4.0.2312.36 stable - Linux x86_64) but just tried it with the three test links provided by @Pathduck . The file drop/upload works every time.
idk? Maybe an extension issue?

Hi there @computermike27
I tried Vivaldi Stable on vanilla Ubuntu 21.04 on a new user account and can not reproduce this issue. I have had issues when trying to restore Vivaldi on a new Linux install, but always related restoring the profile from a backup. You can not restore passwords etc. that way. The only way is to let sync do the restore since the interaction with the wallet/keyring has to start from scratch.
You say you "reinstalled" Vivaldi. Does that mean that the install was totally clean without a ~/.config/vivaldi directory at all?
So sorry you have a problem like this. I am not sure where to take it.
/edit: i do not know what you want achieve.

Having the same issue (on macOS and Linux). Looks like it's a Vivaldi issue on all platforms (including Windows): https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/52143/paste-values-in-google-apps-still-not-working
On macOS, I installed the Google Docs Offline extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-docs-offline/ghbmnnjooekpmoecnnnilnnbdlolhkhi), which addresses the issue during the Vivaldi session during which it's installed. After closing and reopening the browser, though, command+V to paste no longer works (though right-clicking and pasting does).
