I retested the cpu load with snapshot 4.2.2406.23-1:
Situation seems mostly unchanged. Only thing to note is, that after closing the last window of Vivaldi, all processes of Vivaldi are terminating after a while (in earlier days I had to manually terminate the processes as their shutdown lasted too long).
=> I can use the Calendar function for my own calendar in Google Workspace but not together with those of my co-workers - as in this case Vivaldi becomes too sluggish/unresponsive.
During my first sync of theses additional calendars my cpu load looks like this:
@doctorg , yes, thanks I suspicioned that. Once upon a time I could deal with this by explicitly opening Kwallet in the Cinnamon session before starting Vivaldi, but that doesn't seem to work now. Which brings me to the obvious follow-up question, do you know if there is a way to tell Vivaldi to only use one particular key store regardless of the desktop default?
@bidmead Did you relaunch the browser after enabling that flag as instructed by the browser?
I see no problem with it here, as you can see the button Visual is cropped, but nothing from the text below, and the scrollbar is invisble.
1st screenshot is system's global scale at 125%, Vivaldi's UI & Webpages at 100%
2nd screenshot is system's global scale at 100%, Vivaldi's UI & Webpages at 100%
@DoctorG, good to know it could be something related to cinnamon.
Is there any known configuration do in Cinnamon or any other workaround?
Since Vivaldi is the new default browser on Manjaro Cinnamon, I expect more people to experience this behavior.
@jafi0101 Wait, i try now on Manjaro (KDE).

@fikriyad Hi, welcome. 👍 I don't use facebook etc. so I can't help you with that, but you could translate the thread's title to english and post again under general support as it sounds not like a strict Linux issue, or ask directly in the french sub-forum , though I don't know how much populated it is.
Sorry, let me specify it a little more.
By lot I mean that the tab bar's height is more than the window height and a scroll bar appears in the tab bar.
So it varies depending on your resolution.
Let say I have a youtube video in last tab (the one on the bottom) which I'm watching fullscreen.
After exiting fullscreen the tab bar is scrolled all the way up so I see the first tab in tab bar.
I have to scroll all the way down to see my last tab.
This was a known issue before and it seemed to have been resolved. But after last update it is back.
@npro I always shut down V before doing an upgrade, so I don't think that's my problem. I will check out that section of the forum to see if there are any clues to be found there. Thanks for the link!!
