I do wonder why you'd toggle off the UI and then enter Full Screen mode
The regular action "View > Enter Full Screen" maximizes the browser, so the address bar, the tabs, the status bar are still visible.
And since I'm on a MacBook with the camera notch, the full-screen browser still stays below the notch. Which means entering full screen only hides the main menu of the application, while the browser window's look almost doesn't change β it can't expand to use the area where the main menu was because of the notch.
So my intent for combining the two was to maximize the tab content.
if it was visible when you chain was invoked, it should reappear when re-invoked.
And that's the problem I have. The panel stripe is hidden by the command chain, but fails to become visible again after the chain is re-invoked.
Interestingly, if I create a command chain consisting of a single command "Toggle UI", it does switch the panel stripe on and off, as expected. But adding a second command "Fullscreen mode" messes up the command chain.
Finally, if anyone is interested in this particular chain, I have solved the issue by creating a chain of three commands in this order:
Panel
Toggle UI
Fullscreen Mode
This chain removes all browser chrome and maximizes the tab content. I switch between the tabs using the Tab Cycler window. The second invocation restores everything back.
