"clone tab" sounds more general and universal, so users will naturally expect it to work on either a single tab or a selection of multiple tabs, so there is no need to make it sound overly complicated. the shorter name will also help it be faster to find and type in quick commands.
Thank you all for your suggestions. Maybe it was all in my imagination, or in my dreams for that matter 🙄, that the PDF conversed web page should be similar to the original one. But it's obvious, that's not the case.
@hjthjthjt The translation feature is new and still in beta.
There may not be much to be done about speed as the text has to be uploaded to Vivaldi's secure server and the translation downloaded.

4.1.2369.11, still have this problem.
I checked 'Startup with' 'Last Session' & unchecked 'Lazy Load Restored Tabs', but except pinned tabs, all other tabs still seems lazy load(until I touch them, they won't load).
@artpoetryfiction Yes, of course. But you've got to start somewhere figuring out where the problem is 🙂
If you've traced it back to the adblocker, now you can try disabling the source lists and reenable them back one at a time to figure out which one is the culprit...

Thanks for that. In guest view the links were all "hot." Then I went out of guest view and manually typed in, first, 134% for the magnification. The links were all "hot." Then I tried 136%. Again, all "hot." Then I returned to 135%. The "cold" link problem returned. Odd. Well, at least I have a workaround. Thanks again.
@tbgbe It's not exactly like the Sirius issue. I think this is a more recent problem with playback of AAC audio on Windows.
Media internals says:
"Warning, FFmpegDemuxer failed to create a valid/supported audio decoder configuration from muxed stream, config:codec: aac, profile: unknown, bytes_per_channel: 0, channel_layout: STEREO, channels: 2, samples_per_second: 44100, sample_format: Unknown sample format, bytes_per_frame: 0, seek_preroll: 0us, codec_delay: 0, has extra data: true, encryption scheme: Unencrypted, discard decoder delay: true"

Or you can use the extension Clear Cache which gives you a nifty icon to click to quickly clear the cache.
I've been using this for a good while and wouldn't have a browser without it.
@janrif said in Highlighter:
Should I make this a feature request?
My only problem with the Note suggestion is that it doesn't work for multiple highlights in a single note bc there doesn't seem to be a way to have multiple selections nor is there an easy way to combine notes.
I added this to future request here: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/64688/simple-highlighter
@llinfeng Yes, I can understand why some think it's cleaner and easier to focus in such a window. I just never understood why people wanted to use a browser-window without any features.
Here's an idea, try the --window-size argument:
vivaldi.exe --window-size=800,600 https://overleaf.com/project_id
If you then press Ctrl+F11 to turn on Native Window mode, it's basically like an "app" but with all Vivaldi's features still there.
Unfortunately, no argument to launch V in Native mode that I know of. I guess you could create a new profile set to Native, or with hidden Tab, Status and URL bars, and then launch this profile instead.
