Hum, something went wrong in translation.
I do not really talk fluent english and i could have misinterpreted something.
Das ist kein Probleem

@pantantrollo I suspect that it is a hard bug to fix. I reported this bug on 17th March 2021, which is one effect of email being limited to one window.
(VB-77940) Send by Mail opens mail tab in Active Window, not in Window with Mail Client
Steps to reproduce:
Add Send by Mail to page context menu
Enable the email client
Open the mail client in one window
Switch to another window
Right-click a web page and send the URL by Mail
Draft Mail to open in Window containing the mail client
Draft Mail opens in the active window.
Moving the draft tab to the correct window does not solve the problem.
I haven't yet put some sort of filtering on the contacts to filter out the autogenerated ones and the ones with external content enabled... But being able to stop allowing external content straight from the header should also be a thing (just haven't gotten around to it)
Having the same problem with a work email. Since it does not end with @gmail.com it does not attempt to go through the oauth procedure and there is not a gmail option as before. I added the calendar without any problem using oauth.
--silent-debugger-extension-api doesn't seem to do anything as far as being able to see the IMAP log in the console. --debug-packed-apps alone does that. Is the former really required for IMAP logging?
@felagund I reported it using my private screenshots, thus cannot put them here, sorry. Grouping is definitely broken for threads longer than 1 day. And sorting is not working as intended for them too.
@felagund I did run it more than once for each view. I can't re-read anything as I use POP3 and my main client has deleted things from the server.
I think Vivaldi just didn't download a couple of emails I sent to myself for testing, but I have forgotten the exact details.
The sent emails disappeared from the Unread folder when I reran the filters.
Hm, it is happening again but it seems most of these mails are in all messages, but they do not show up in the email@example.com and in Unread - I thought it strange not to receive no e-mail for a day:-). Seems to me like mails that are replies to existing e-mails do get fetched but here is no notification and new e-mails are not fetched at all. Curiously, running "rerun filter for folder" fetches them, but one has to do it for every view it seems. Sounds like this issue: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/57243/3-7-snapshot-unread-folder-and-received-folder-counts-differ/3
@petersaints Yes, definitely. I also hope that:
Ports are not limited to the standard 110, 995, 143, 993, 25, 587, and 465. As in, the port setting is a text field that you can type in to set what port to use. (Having a default value is fine.)
You can choose TLS or STARTTLS or None independently of the port specified.
Opera's M2 chose TLS/STARTTLS based on port used and it was a pain for some servers that used non-standard port numbers or used TLS on a port that is only supposed to be used for STARTTLS or vice versa. It didn't come up too often, but some users weren't able to use M2 because of the lack of freedom to configure these things.
