@Doelli You can edit the color of the specific calendar, but not the color of each individual entry. As far as I know Vivaldi uses Roundcube and I think it’s unlikely Vivaldi will do anything about the existing feature set. You would probably have to ask Roundcube about it.
@kotan You are using Vivaldi Webmail. This is a Webmail query. I will move it to the appropriate category. (Vivaldi Mail is the built-in mail client in Vivaldi and is unrelated to your Vivaldi webmail account. Obviously, you can't use a Vivaldi browser feature via Thunderbird.)
Exactly the feature I really need to use vivaldi webmail as my main personal address. Please add it 🙏🏻 😳
Notice that other providers allow it, for example: https://support.gmx.com/email/filter-rules/tasks.html
Which theme are you using? Larry or Elastic?
Larry is indeed pretty old, but some do like it. The Elastic theme is the more modern one.
Check Settings > Preferences > User Interface > Interface skin to see which one you have enabled. If you've been using Larry, check out Elastic.
the list is not endless, but is limited to a certain amount of emails per page
True, there's no "infinite scroll" option, like in Vivaldi Mail, but you can increase the limit to 200 emails per page (the default should be 50, IIRC) from Settings > Preferences > Mailbox View > Main Options > Rows per page.
Also, if you compare any other Vivaldi site with the webmail one, you can see a pretty clear difference in terms of UI.
That's because we haven't created that UI. We're using the one made by Roundcube. This also means that we're rather limited in making changes to the UI.
It would be very handy to be able to add a note to an email after it has been received. I do a lot of work by email, always tracking awaited responses, and often end up spending a lot of time reassembling information. If there was a field where I could add clarification notes, it would be very handy. I wouldn't want the note to become part of the email chain itself.
Thanks for your reply, I understand that email service is not a main feature in the vivaldi ecosystem, but I think that luansm is right, priority in 2fa would be nice, is hard to think in any important online account without one.
@hanlonsrazor Are you asking for a change to webmail.vivaldi.net? You might have more luck asking for customizable sounds in roundcube’s GitHub. You could also ask for it to be added to Vivaldi mail client.
