  Updating this post, this week my phone received an Android update, and after that, my problems with Vivaldi have seemingly vanished.

  @Aaron No use... I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Vivaldi, still the same. BTW, only the share menu of Vivaldi has this problem, other apps' share menu which use Android's built-in is fine. Cheers.

  @luetage Thanks. It worked. I was searching the whole bookmark manager. That empty folder was not showing up. But as you said as soon as I clicked the left arrow on top it was possible to delete this. Thanks.
