There does not seem a category on the Bug Reporter for Webmail

@unchienamer
Hi and welcome to the Vivaldi forum.
In the help section (F1) is a settings description: https://help.vivaldi.com/services/webmail/setting-up-vivaldi-mail-in-a-mail-client/
I hope this help.
Cheers, mib
@Steertrue , also be careful with emoji apps, many of them can compromise privacy and some are directly spyware. Always read the terms of use and the privacy policy of these apps well. The alternative is to use Kaomojis (❁´◡`❁), text emojis which you can copy-past or create yourself, without danger.

@janrifkinson It works - you have 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45 🙂 👍
Ah.....it is so. Big Whoopsie! That's embarrassing.

@edwardp Seems that page was broken. I think I managed to fix it, please reload the page and try again.
Hi Thomas,
The form is now working and I have a reference number.
Thank you.

Hi @fletchlives, please send a message to our support team with additional information about the emails you haven't received. You'll find the contact form at the end of account and service related help pages. For example, this freshly published one: https://help.vivaldi.com/services/webmail/troubleshooting-webmail-issues/.
In the message, include the email addresses you expected to receive emails from and the approximate time when they were supposed to be delivered.
Without knowing any details about this issue, but using past experience as reference, one of the reasons the delivery might have failed is because the mail servers on the sender side might not be configured following certain standards.
Well, it was a psd problem. I changed it a while ago, and didn't use it anymore.
Now everything works fine.
I'm sorry I bothered you with this.
Thanks !

You must be looking at Vivaldi WebMail.
right! sorry i asked in the wrong place.
i've solved my problem though by using an android email app, spark mail to access webmail (rather than going to webmail using the vivaldi browser on android).
@Gwen-Dragon thx for your input too!
@manakater Please contact Vivaldi Support
Thank you for your feedback. The Support team will look into your request as soon as possible. Please note that their working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 CET - 18:00 CET.
@Gwen-Dragon thanks for your quick answer.
Yesterday I did another try and created a PGP (RSA 4096) of my vivaldi account using Thunderbird 78 built-in PGP tool and then uploaded the respective keys into Protonmail and Vivaldi.
Doing that, encryption worked fine between Protonmail and Vivaldi Mail.
I will try to reproduce the initial scenario to open a bug and write a doc of the workaround.
